We went for the first time to this restaurant thinking that it would have nice food and service. Food was okay. But the surprise was in the bill. When he brought the bill came, we saw 15% gratuity already included although we were only 2 people and even the menu mentioned adding gratuity for 4+ people. When we asked him about it, the person said you either pay it or leave. he said even for one person, we will put gratuity on the bill. He asked us to get out and was unapologetic. We paid in cash the bill minus gratuity but also took a copy of the menu as proof. He ran to take number of our car. I am also writing to attorney General of FL today. Its a FRAUD. BE AWARE......
