The last time we ate there, a waitress carrying too many plates dropped a slab of bbq ribs on the floor. She picked them up hurriedly, and looked around to see if anyone was watching. I am sure that she would have served them anyway had she not seen that I was aware of what had happened. She took the plate back into the kitchen and returned in about 90 seconds and served the ribs to a patron. Dusted them off, I guess. This is why it was the last time I went there for dinner. The food is good, but I'm worried about hygenic practices.
