thank god, i'm sure you complain everytime you go there and the reason it took so long for you to get service is because everyone was pulling straws to see who had the unfortunate luck of waiting on you. you won't get a call back because you probably always get something for free. stop complaining and eat your food!!! the reason the section was dirty is because a bunch of idiots brought in their ill behaved children and let them throw their food on the floor and no one had time to clean it up until 230 when it finally slowed down.- Is follow up to post by bvictorsmith ...
Was there on June 2nd around 2:30 with another person - they were not to terribly busy and have been there many times in the past but this ws not good. We waited more than 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken with a huge apology about being busy training another wait staff member - they were actually sitting at a table with four other employees and chatting! I ordered a Hawaiian Saled which was much differect than previous times as the vegetable were warm - thother order was a Chicken Tender Salad without tomatoes and whenm that came it was sent back as it had extra tomatoes and could not be "picked out" = The second time it came it was correct excepty half way through the salad a huge curly black hair was found mixed in. eedless to say, we waited once again for the waitress as she had said that she would be "right back" with water refills (never received. When she came back, she took the salad, said that the manager would come over - instead, she brough the check with the salad cost removed, we paid for the rest, left. I have called twice to talk to the manager as the section that we sat in was dirty, floors were being swept while patrons were eating, and others were waiting for drinks, refills and other wait staff as well.. No one has called me back!
