I've lived in Albuquerque my entire life and Sadie's is my favorite Mexican food restaurant. New Mexico has literally hundreds of restaurants catering to the local culture, and I think Sadie's is the best of the bunch. They make their own chips, and a world-class salsa to accompany them. They have a truly authentic menu, refusing to devote entire pages to American or other cuisine to draw a larger customer base (as if they need to!) If you're looking for a higher-class Mexican food restaurant that is still authentic and delicious, Sadie's is your place.
