recently went to the west shore..sat at the bar and had a nice stake, it was cooked just as i asked and the bartender was nice as can be..ill be back.- Is follow up to post by Vinfood ...
Lasin is 100% correct.
The West Shore Inn used to be a guaranteed good meal. No longer.
The servers were more concerned with making each other laugh than helping customers. After our order was taken, the server seemed to disappear. I understand that if a place is really crowded sometimes your server vanishes. This was not the case this time.
My last meal was awful. The steak was tough and fatty. My wife ordered pasta. It was not served hot. The bread was small and tasted like it had been left on a counter since 6AM.
I don't mind paying high prices for good food and service, but I do mind paying for nothing. -- 1/1/2005 4:03:11 PM
