Absolutely agree with Chuck. I am the brother in Atlanta. CIHD's are what I miss from home the most. And when sis comes here and neglects to bring CIHD's, she has to sleep in the back yard. On trips home, it is not uncommon to eat 3 meals a day there. There are no other hot dogs than the true CIHD. There are those who think the Varsity hot dog is a real challenger, but forgive them, they know now of what they speak. Arthur Thomas- Is follow up to post by chuckhor ...
I have been a customer since 1956 50years,projectionest from the theatres would meet there after the last theater's show ended about 11:30 P.M. Once I traded George a three rail motorcycle trailer for
$125.00 worth of hot dogs,George would keep a log on how many I had. I would bring my friends there and treat for hot dogs, Pete, George and Hanks dad told me not to sell George anything anymore. A friend of ours would take at least a dozen
CONEY HOT dogs to her brother when she went to Atlanta. Chuck Horton -- 6/5/2006 8:11:04 AM
