Your Peoria restaurant is great. 3 suggestions: 1. No dinner forks? Only salad forks? Get real... 2. Serving a big portion on a little plate just looks silly, and it's messy. Use bigger plates when you serve food... 3. You should provide captions on your tvs. I can listen to your music and watch 3 tvs at once, but I want to know what the newscasters, announcers, and pitchmen are saying. I have captions on my tv. Why don't you? Just push the button...
