Visited this restaurant with my Wife and my Mother in Law. We waited 10 minutes on a table, which was good, as the restaurant was busy (Sunday Lunch / Dinner traffic). We ordered the Deli Tuna, Frittata and the Fish and Chips. The service was terrible - it took 45 mins to get our meals and I saw other guests were also fed up waiting. Eventually the food arrived - Certainly not restaurant standard, however the Fish was so small that my shrimp was larger than the Fish ! I would have complained at this time but waiters and staff were not around to look after their guests. We ate the food. The waiter brought us the check and I mentioned at this time that the fish was terribly small - He agreed fully and told me to write my concern on the back of my check and he would present to Manager. I wrote fish was smaller than shrimp, waiter agreed with me - $adjustment ? The waiter brought back the check with no changes and told me that the Manager would not do anything, as I had eaten the meal.... i asked to speak to the Manager, but he would not come. I went to find him - The Manager is certainly a very unlikable person and is certainly in need of both Manners and Management training (as well as being very untidy) - He told me that he would not come to discuss, as I was looking to argue with him, he then dismissed me !?!? I informed him that I would not return as I visit Sausalito many times with family and friends from Europe. He told me good, waived at me in the reaturant and then said `bye, bye` I have eaten in Restuarants Worldwide and I am appauled at the Managers attitude in front of other patrons. I will cetainly NEVER eat there again and would urge that anyone looking for a meal in Sausalito, give this one a miss. There are much better eateries locally..........
