While the atmosphere of the place is a bit off (too many decorations, no linen on the tables), the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is definitely a couple notches above what you might expect from the modest pricing... and save room for dessert; no matter how tempting Mike's or Modern might be, you'll be just as happy staying put.
