My friend and I dined recently at 13 Coins in Federal Way. We'd had both been to 13 Coins in Seattle. Needless to say, we were really disappointed. My veal was burnt and the marinara sauce was super sweet. I hate 4 bits and pushed it away. The waiter rarely stopped by and didn't ask us if our meal was ok. The dessert was worse.
