	i worked as the chef at crepe a long time ago,the menu and were cutting edge and standards of waiting staff and service were the same,equal to any london establishment.i did find that some of seattle's finest knew a great deal about fine dining and some we're more at home in mc donalds.it looks like times don't change much.regards clark.
