We live in Chicago and try to work in a trip to the Cypress Inn on our annual visit to Louisiana. My wife likes the boiled crawfish and I like the crawfish etouffe. The best thing about the place is the view. It is located on a bayou and both inside and outside seating have great views of this incredible swamp with moss-laden trees all through it. It is an eeire but beautiful sight. They light up the bayou at night; so you can enjoy the view after dark.
