Villa Nova has good prices, decent food and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, they have a rather strict policy when it comes to bringing food with you to feed your children. In other words, don't! You'll be asked to leave the establishment or, they will considerately offer, you can destroy the food and stay. All completely within their rights as a business and a very understandable policy in regards to their adult clientele who should know better, but for those parents out there with picky eaters 6 years and younger, you may want to pick a different location for your family-friendly dining experience. Singles and couples-only, however, should enjoy the decreased crowding and the fewer young children causing disruptions. More flexibility and compassionate understanding for the needs of families would go a long way towards making this `family` restaurant a destination for families with younger children.
