While the atmosphere may not be the most dazzling, it's a bar. The food makes up for any lack of decor. Their seafood and clam chowder was recommended to us by friends. When we saw the place, it wasnt impressive. But when we ate the chowder it was some of the best we had ever had anywhere and we have been to lots of places in the US. If you like lots of seafood in your chowder you can get a double portion put in, but believe me even the regular portion is unbelievably delicious and brimming with seafood!!
