I think Fusco is grossly overrated. I was dissapointed with the quality of products he used (his Tasso cream sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee). To start, the Caesar salad was wilted, and the croutons were like Wal-Mart generic bread croutons(a good restaurant can be measured by its caesar salad alone). The bread was good, it seemed to be made in house and had some good qualities, although the bread at Dalesandro's is much better though. There are better offerings in Tulsa like the French Hen or Mahogany's. One plus for the restaurant was the service, the staff was kind and very responsive.
