San Diego Bay is an outstanding, albeit small, MEXICAN seafood restaurant. Very casual, with a reasonably extensive menu that is NOT dumbed-down for American taste. Try the pescado seco...it's smoked trout or bluefish, gently mixed with diced tomato, onion, a hint of garlic and ...I think I recall diced green olives and some red peppers. Served with fresh, warm corn tortillas. Oh, my...an incredible smoky, dry, tomato taste wrapped in warm toasted corn...dressed with a bit of crema if you want (yes! you do!). A little smoke, a taste of the fish, sweet tomato and salty olive wrapped in toasted corn.
