I have to disagree with the above comment. He must have been having a ` bad night`. I recently ate there with a party of 4 and we had a fabulous time! The steaks were cooked perfectly - at a medium rare temperature and the side dishes were hot and tasty. Others had salmon and chicken dishes and said they were cooked perfectly. The wine list is mostly American and the pricing was most reasonable. I strongly recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy American cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. I think you need a more current review, I ate at this place with 9 friends in mid December, 4 of us made the mistake of having the New York Strip special, it wasn't, it was an acumulation of fat, gristle, and what could pass for shoe leather (the sole). The food was surpassed only by the attitude of Justin, the manager, who asked what we expected for the special. I thought something special would have been a good choice.
