talk about poor service. i went to their airport location in el paso. i ordered the 16.99 shrimp fajita plate to go. when i arrived at my hotel room i noticed the meal was incomplete-no beans and short on the shrimp. i called them up and told them that i was short and was advised to return to the airport. i returned in 1 hr and expected to receive a new order. i was told to take the old order as well with me to the hotel room on my return. i was surprised to see that the new order only had 4 shrimp and beans. i thought due to courtesy and having a cold plate the least i would get is a new complete order. now that is bad service.- Is follow up to post by nina_1105 ...
Carlos & Mickey have a very unique Mexican climate and that is all. There food is not that great, and the prices are extremely high. Sometimes you bypass those things, but their help are just awful. The waiters walk around with a chip on their shoulders, they snap at you when the place becomes full. Last Thursday, I took some friends from out of town to eat there. I regret going there, and will not step in that place ever again. Our waiter Ozie was his name took a long time to bring us our order and drinks. He was rude not even a smile. Then we stop another waiter, because we could not see our waiter around, and told us that we had to wait until our waiter appeared. So my rate for this restaurant is only a number 2 for poor service. -- 9/16/2005 5:10:31 PM
