Totally agree. Worst than that, when I finally got a reservation one day after numerous redails and then waiting on line for 10 minutes, I was told that the reservation is for 2 hours only and they need to give the table to the next customer after my two hours are up. I can not believe they have such a policy given they are supposed to be such a high level restanurant. They charge me so much money for food, I figure they can afford to let me sit a bit, no? They only care to make some more money on the next guest. So I made a reservation at Jean Georges and gladly cancelled my reservation at Nobu.- Is follow up to post by jjtiii ...
Only busy signals. Any restaurant that won't provide enough lines to take calls without making the customer try 100 times obviously doesn't care much about the customer and therfore I think this is a poor place to take my business. -- 2/10/2004 12:05:11 PM
