I just happen on to this site and read your review. I am truly sorry you had a bad experience here. You were right, the Cow did close in 2004. I had sold it in 02 and it quickly went down hill. Have eaten at this restaurant for last 12 years during our annual golf outing to Arizona. Last year we noticed a general decline in quality and service. This year (2004) the service was non-existant and the food was below standard. I don't expect they'll be open much longer -- 4/23/2004 7:53:02 AM
