Alligator Soul was the first place my husband took me to eat when I moved to Everett. The food, the service, the atmosphere made the meal an incredible experience. We always felt it was our special place. But! The last time we went there was before going on to watch a hockey game. We had allowed ourselves 1 and 1/2 hrs for the meal. The service started out fine and then our food just never showed up. Others were seated and eating and we were still waiting. I never even received my salad. We reminded the waitress a couple of times but it never helped. Our meal arrived 15 minutes before the start of the game. Needless to say we tasted our meal then left. They offered a box but we didn't have time to take the food to the car and we were not interested in holding it all through the hocky game. So, we paid for food we had to leave on table and ended up eating hot dogs at the game. Soooo Sad they never even tried to make it up to good reg customers in any way. Won't go back!
