	I live across the street from Rascal House and have watched in just a few years a restaurant go from a modest priced deli that waas one of the best in the country to an outragiosly expensive deli that is one of the worst in the country. I now must drive to a few miles when i want to go to a deli that does not require a second mortgagee on your home to pay the check for infirior. food
