It's almost commical reading some of the other reviews on this page. I've had my own ridiculous experience at BWB and I've heard at least half a dozen others from friends, co-workers, etc. It's a known fact that they could care less about their customers and that the owners are bigtime cokeheads. Don't waste your money or your time at this place. Chandlers or Dukes are close by and they'll treat you like you'd expect to be treated when dining out.
