This is a very nice restaurant. Currently it’s being run by Chef Rachou as a brasserie. It is no longer the luxury restaurant it used to be before, but it is above the grade of an ordinary brasserie too. Prices are a bit lower than before. Actually, this place always used to have relatively low prices, compared to similar places in Paris and New York. The food is somewhere in between a luxury restaurant and a brasserie as far as quality and presentation. Many of the old staples are still available, if in a simpler presentation and grade. Wine list is still of the luxury restaurant variety. Five Stars brasserie on my book ….. even three star luxury dining if one is forgiving enough.
