THANK YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW I WAS GOING TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR 4 ON VALENTINE'S DAY, BUT NOW THAT I SEE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE *isn't very good I WILL NOT BE GOING EVER!!! THERE'S NOTHING WORSE THEN bad SERVICE, THEY SHOULD REALLY CHOOSE BETTER PEOPLE TO BE THE FACE OF THEIR RESTURANT A HOSTESS IS THE FIRST PERSON YOU SEE AND DEAL WITH AND THAT STARTS YOUR REST. My husband and I were so excited to dine at
this restaurant that has an incredible
reputation for mediterranean in the city. We
were disappointed by the rude hostess, who
told us she couldn't hold our table because
our friends hadn't arrived yet and were looking
for parking. No problem, we assumed we
were stil on the list and would be called for
the next available table for four. When my
husband went to check on the status of our
wait time, the rude hostell told us our name
had been dropped from the list and we had
another two hour wait. She dismissed us and
asked us to leave when we became upset at
the way we were being spoken to and treated.
No reputation, taste or quality of food is worth
bad service. We left immediately. They have
obviously don't know customer service and
don't care to have new customers. We will
never spend our money there. We'll aslo be
