I am a graduate from Culinard and you can work for any of Frank Stitts Restaurants, Cafe Dupont ect. there are plenty of places in and around Birmingham.- Is follow up to post by ananaman ...
It has been brought to my attention by Virginia College Culinary,that Birmingham doesn't have any so called "fine dining" restaurants. I am a student and this concerns me as to what does Birmingham have to offer for those culinarians that would like to work in a 3,4,or 5 star restaurant,after graduation? Please respond.
