We have eaten at all three Flo's restaurants and we are upset with their policy's. They offer gift cards to purchase and somehow they don't understand the concept of a gift card. How in the world can you sell gift cards and don't allow the recipient to take the tip out of the card? If I get a gift card for any place I am assured the tip can also be taken out of the money that was spend to buy the card. The same stupidness of saying you can not honor your own gift cards at DC Ranch for dinner. Are you not aware that the card cost the same amount of money as though you paid with a visa or cash?????? Your policy stinks and I hope others will let you know how unprofessional you run your restaurant in this situation. Otherwise the food is excellent and we get good service but these gift cards need to be stopped since you have no idea how ridiculous you are by having restrictions our money spend. I used to like buying them for special friends or family, to introduce them to your fine food, but after hearing that they had to put money out to eat, it upset us terribly.We feel it would serve you right if they just forgot the tip, but sadly it would hurt the waiter and not your restaurant. We hope you take due consideration and change some of your policies. A dissatisfied costumer in Scottsdale!
