I have been eating at Joe's for years and the quality has not changed...it is fabulous! And the qulaity of food for the money remains top notch. The atmosphere is fun and casual, wonderful for a place with homemade red sauce and chips on every table; and beans with every meal. :) I can always find a new favorite in the menu, but the Chili Con Queso is without an equal in Indy. The Southside location has a drive-thru! However, the service is not quite as consistent. Joe would be so proud of how his restaurant has stayed the best in Indy!
