The chef is amazing. If he is a part owner I hope that he gets OUT as soon as possible and opens his own restaurant without the supercilious, full-of-himself, and UNPROFESSIONAL greasy owner. He took our reservation for 8:00 p.m. a week in advance and warned us all to be on time. We were there at 7:45 and we were seated at 9:15. We were respectful and professional in our treatment of the situation but he was rude and blamed everyone else but himself to the point of even offering to us as a consolation at the end of the night, (not any discount from the HOUSE, no!) he suggested that we STIFF the WAITERS! The waiters were hustling all night doing their absolute best! They just couldn't keep up since that Stupid owner under-staffed in order to save himself money, no doubt. It took THREE hours for our dinner. We sat at the table from 9:15 until almost midnight. Waiting for utenils, waiting for food, waiting for water and sangria, wating for glasses for that water and sangria, etc. etc. There were far too few waiters for the size of the restaurant. Those waiters had a great attitude and you could see them running back and forth the whole night - the kitchen was in full view, and the waiters never disappeared, so as a former waitress I can tell you they did an awesome job... but they needed at least three more waiters there!!! The owner of this restaurant is truly an idiot, and he is running his business into the ground with his horrible management and his abysmal attitude.
