Bistro Clovis is an excetional restaurant. My wife and I have been going there for many years, and the standards of food and service have been of the highest. It is wonderfully French. The menue is a little limited since my wife is alergic to fish, but there is always something different. Oh but its wonderful that the lamb salad is still there; it's been on the menue for years. Desserts at the Bistro can be phenomenal, always a speciality! The wine list is a little short on choice but NOT on quality, and the tasing board is a wonderful idea, with the delight of finishing up with a glass of the preferred wine.
