New in the last few month; Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad is absolutely superb. Have now had the identical salad in four states. Would love to have the recipe and to know how the chicken is cooked, The tenderness of the chicken and the overall flavor of the salad is simply wonderful. Toasted pecans, crumbled bleu cheese, cranberry raisins, and whatever the dressing is, makes for a salad I can't seem to get enough of. I have the ingredients for making the salad at home but not sure of the dressing - might be raspberry vinegarette. How close am I? Enjoy the consistency of the Bob Evans Restaurants because when I travel I know I can depend on them for a healthy, tasty, breakfast-lunch-or dinner.
