I used to love this restaurant and my husband and I went there every Tuesday night for 1/2 off sushi. However, over the last six months the service has become worse and worse and quite frankly, I couldn't be paid to go there now (let alone tempted by 1/2 priced sushi). Great food, great price, WORST service I've EVER HAD ANYWHERE. What does that mean? Slow, slow, slow, not friendly, not helpful, you name it. Wow, I didn't know I had all this emotion pent up about Demae. I guess I just feel like I've lost my favorite place to eat..and I have. I would beg the manegar to hire people who care and are competent, but I don't think it would help.
