First of all - I had to make reservations three times. For some reason it was never written down by the hostess and manager's I spoke to. Wehn we arrived at our reservation time it was discovered that we didn't have a reservation, once again. They did accomodate us by putting us in the bar (10 people)where we could hardly move. It took us over 45 minutes to get our main course which was cold and overcooked. I asked to speak with the manager twice. The first time he never even showed up and the second time he said he was going to do soemthing for all of our trouble but then disappeared, never to be seen again.
