I ordered a Rutherford Rib Eye--a 12 oz cut. If you're a steak lover looking for a well prepared steak, this isn't it! Houston's??? More like Tokyo Rose's. Apparantly, they soak it in soy sauce and then while cooking it, they coat it in a worchester sauce-like blend of barbecue that leaves it feeling very very oily in the mouth. It was so bad that I sent half of it back to the kitchen and refused a replacement. Service was outstanding--except for their supposed satisfaction guarantee. Two managers came out and two others, and it wasn't until the fourth that I was offered a $25 gift card toward the $29 price--for my next visit--but I'm from the East Coast! Big Woo-Who. Also, the restaurant is very very loud because of all the fancy woodwork.
