We were told we couldn't be seated until our entire party arrived even though 4/5 of us were there. An hour later we were told, `Its your fault. You were late.` My friend told them their excuses were unacceptable and that we would not eat there again to which they replied they didn't care. The food and our waiter were great. However, the A/C was on upstairs in 15 degree weather and they would NOT turn the heat on. Then, a manager was yelling at the waiters across the room and snapping at them. It was mortifying. Later, in the lobby, the staff at the front were making fun of customers. I have never been more appalled at a staff's behavior. I realize that is the type of establishment they are, with the snotty attitude and employees to match. There is nothing enjoyable about having the STAFF condescend to a customer when they are paying the bill. NOT WORTH THE ABUSE!!
