I recently dined at L'Auberge and was not impressed at all. My boyfriend and I decided to order the `Chef's Tasting Menu` that way we would have the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. The first tasting was `rabbit cakes.` Unfortunately, my boyfriends was frozen solid in the center. The next tasting was Lobster Ravioli....all of the lobster had little pieces of shell in it still. And thirdly, we had scallops....they were so sour it was appetite ending. Being a native of the Northeast Seacoast, I know what good seafood tastes like and that was not it. Each time there was a problem, we told our waitress AND the restaurant manager and the only respinse we got from them was `We'll let the chef's know`..... Nothing was done in anyway to make things better for us. The resort itself is amazing but the restaurant is not a restaurant I would ever suggest someone to try.
