I find it hard to believe that this person got a `grey` steak. I've eaten there dozens of times. The Filet is almost exclusively what I order. It is never over cooked. Rare is cool in middle, Medium Rare is bloody, Medium is pink with a bit of red in the middle. I always get Medium Rare with very consistent results. The only reason I know about Medium is from seeing a friend's order.- Is follow up to post by katbuff ...
went to this STEAK HOUSE and
recieved a filet very over cooked . asked
for medium and it was grey. then server
brought a replacement steak it was
bloody rare. two attempts a medium
and neither was right . Pretty bad for
and $29 piece of meat with some corn.
Restaurant was very loud(kitchen and
employees yelling to each other) not
