Mandatory 18% tip,disappearing waitress,(especially with the credit card.)we got billed twice for the same meal.(Checked debit account upon returning home.) (One debit withdrawal for $98.40,the other for $84.00-for two people.) When calling back and speaking to manager he acted like `what's the big deal-the waitress made a mistake-so what!)The room was drafty and underheated.The bus staff looked underage.Hokey-looking pink catering hall added on to supposed haunted historical building ruins whole atmosphere.
