I brought my 78 year old mother here for her birthday. It was our first time dining here, and based on the t.v. ads, we were looking forward to the experience. We both ordered the prime rib special..mine was very good, but unfortunately my Mom's was tough and full of fat and gristle. We spoke with the manager, Jason, who very quickly took care of matters and made us happy. We will return to S.S., due to his efforts. Kudos and well done to Jason. Julie and Kimberley Grant
