This is a very racist organization. They believe in looking at who enters the door and deciding on the level of service. I have tried to contact management and they have thrown up a screen to avoid me. Not only did they take the most time to seat us, the manager on duty made often sneers and giggles at us as he watched us wait. We all got the feeling like they wanted us to leave and to see just how long we would wait when there was absolutely nobody in the reception area. I would avoid this place if you don't fit the absolute WASP profile. If you are someone else, just go to Chilis.
