	Every time I have been to the Blue Marlin I have throughly enjoyed it until my last two trips. The Collards were awful, so bitter I couldn't eat them. The fish was not cooked well at all! Maybe there was a new chef, if so he needs more training! I plan to give it one more try, then if it's still bad I'll find a new favorite restaurant.
