	I've been going there for years. Inexpensive, tastey, intimate Italian food prepared well and presented simply. The service can be slow, but a bottle of red wine takes care of any delays. I'm not sure about the wheelchair access, since it has a step in front, but I'm sure someone will help you in and out. Try it out if you like simple. If you want Tosca, this isn't the spot for you.
