We went to Aqua recently for a special night out. A friend had warned us that it was not always that great but we had always wanted to try it. We were disappointed with our dinner, it was just not `wow`. One of the sauces was so salty as to be inediable and I'm a heavy salt user. When we mentioned this we were just given a `yes, I think some of the sauces are too salty too` remark from the staff. Also I understand the chef still uses foie gras freguently. This seems out of place for a restaurant that features fish and unnecessary. We will not be recommending this restaurants to others nor dining there again.
