Cowboy Kitsch. Billy Miner's has long been an icon of Fort Worth's downtown. Located in what is now known as Sundance Square, this 'saloon' serves up decent burgers, chicken, hot dogs, and other basic american foods. The restaurant (if you can call it that) has an island full of condiments, including jalapeno cheese and sauerkraut for dressing your burger or dog to your liking. Although they had to quit allowing the floor to become ankle-deep in discarded peanut shells a few years back for liability reasons, this place still brings to mind Cowtown of the Old West. A sure sight to experience for tourists and a decent place to grab a quick cold one and a jalapeno burger.
