I agree completely with this comment. I interned under Art as part of the Culinary Arts 2 program at Central High School. He was one of my favorites and I miss him dearly. Is follow up to post by alvin ... The real creative force behind the restaurant is Chef Jason's father, Art Helfer. What an incredibly kind, warm, and generous man.
