	I have been eating at Hunan Springs 1 - 3 times per week for over four years and have never had a bad experience. The ingredients and preparation are top quality and the owners are good people who treat their employees well which shows in the quality of service provided by their staff. This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the Lehigh Valley area.
