I have a particular comment relating to a special that was ran on the weekend while visiting Benny's. The special was Jalopeno popper stuffed shrimp. The appetizer was absolutely scrumptious. Myself and a friend who just happened to be there when they running the special really would like this to be an on-going appetizer. I spoke to the restaurant manager and she didn't give me the answer that I was looking for regarding placing this item on the menu as a permanent appetizer. Oh well, maybe I'll figure out how to make it myself.
