Worst place ever. People who run this place a rude, impolite, and extremely dishonest. I and 20 other of my friends (all UW physicians) visited their restaurant (huge mistake) a week ago and we all decided not to ever go back there again. These people are very unprofessional in the way they run their business. When we discussed our experience with others we realized everyone has had the same kind of problem with them. Their food was late and cold, when we asked or complained about anything they were rude and irritable (waiters and waitresses were ok but the owners are harrible), in one occasion they actually wanted to attack my friend after verbally abusing him. We are looking to complain about them further but meanwhile people should know about this place and their practice. At the end we were charged more than we sgould have been and knowing their attitude noone said anything. They also claimed to give a %10 discount to parties greater than 10 people which they later refused (no surprise there). They also charged for a cover charge (4 dolllars a piece) even with dinner and we don't even know cover charge for what. If you guys want to try a good persian food in a happy and friendly atmosphere with even better entertainment try Kolbeh restaurant in 1st ave or Alborz in redmond. Do yourself a favor and keep away from Caspian.
