to whom it may concern, If you are and advocate of ducks and other fine creatures of this world that's a wonderful thing, but do not go around telling people where not to go- to dine due to your righteous beliefs you're against it fine! but let the rest of the world out of your `101 on force feeding' I am sure they are all well versed/informed on this matter!!! Is follow up to post by inessa ... Don't go to Union Square Cafe! They serve foie gras "fatty liver," which is produced by force feeding ducks and geese with thick metal pipes - very cruel!
