Oustanding steaks, great value. TJoes may not have the most upscale atmosphere in Cheyenne, that honor goes to Little America. However, the atmostphere is cozy, fun, friendly, family oriented, and has exceptional steaks. The downside is the salad bar leaves a lot to be desired, and sometimes the steaks can be hit or miss in the typical Wyoming fashion of overcooking meat. I have ordered the ribeye medium-rare, which when done right is exceptional, but more than once it arrived medium-well. Wyomingites tend to like their mean overcooked. You can also eat in the bar, which is filled a lot with local cowboy wannabees and truck drivers. Drinks are cheap, and suprisingly they have a few good wines, most notably are their Australian Merlot and a decent Oregon Pinot Noir. Service is Wyoming- polite, but not very polished. I'd eat here again and again. Say away from the stuffed shrimp- they're hardly cajun.
